At Green Focus Farms, we currently grow a variety of popular African vegetables, including

Yes, our vegetables are organically grown.
At Green Focus Farms, we are committed to sustainable farming practices. We use natural pest
control methods, avoid synthetic fertilizers. we are certified organic.

Where is your farm located?

Our farm, Green Focus Farms, is located in Ange-Gardien, Quebec, Canada. While we
welcome visitors for farm pickup during designated hours, we ship our fresh vegetables to major
provincial cities across Canada through our third-party shipping partners.

Are your vegetables fresh?

Absolutely! Freshness is our top priority at Green Focus Farms. We harvest our vegetables at
their peak bloom and carefully package them for shipping to ensure they arrive at your door as
fresh as possible. For farm pickups, you'll be getting them directly from our fields.

How should I store the vegetables once I receive them?

Storage recommendations vary depending on the type of vegetable. Generally, leafy greens like
water leaf and Njama njama should be stored in the refrigerator in a breathable bag or container
or otherwise in a cool, dark place in the house.

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our online shop, select the vegetables you'd like to
purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you've made your selections, proceed to the
checkout page where you'll enter your shipping information and payment details.

Due to the nature of our fresh produce and our shipping process, we are generally unable to
accommodate highly customized orders. However, you can select the quantities of each

We partner with third-party shipping companies to deliver our fresh African vegetables to major
provincial cities across Canada, depending on their shipping routes. During checkout, you will

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, the weight and size of your order, and
the shipping service you select during checkout. You will be able to view the exact shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. For customers in Western Canadian cities
and the Prairies, orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays if placed by Sunday. Estimated
transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We
recommend selecting a shipping option that delivers within 1 to 5 days to ensure the freshness
of your vegetables. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to monitor
its progress.

How do I choose the right shipping option for my vegetables?

When selecting your shipping option during checkout, please consider the estimated transit
time. For most of our fresh vegetables, we recommend choosing a service that offers delivery
within 1 to 5 days depending on the vegetable to maintain optimal quality. If specific
recommendations exist for certain vegetables, this information may be available on the product
page.

What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery, especially given the
perishable nature of our products. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and
making arrangements to be present for the delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions,
you may be able to add them during checkout, but we cannot guarantee they will always be
followed by the third-party carrier. Green Focus Farms is not responsible for spoilage if the
delivery is delayed due to the customer not being available.

Can I pick up my order directly from the farm?

Yes, we welcome you to pick up your order directly from our farm in Ange-Gardien / Gatineau,
Quebec, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please select the "Farm
Pickup" option during checkout if you would like to arrange a farm pickup.

Do you have pickup locations in other cities?

Currently, we do not operate fixed pickup locations in other cities. We have distributors in
Montreal and Toronto. Check out our distributor partners on the sales points page here

provincial cities within their service areas.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification
containing a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. You can use this
information to track the progress of your shipment.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh vegetables, all sales are final, and we do not accept
returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive an order that you believe is significantly
damaged or of unacceptable quality upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving
your delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue, and we will assess the situation
on a case-by-case basis.

What if my vegetables arrive damaged or are of poor quality?

If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory order, please contact us immediately (within 24

clear photographs of the issue, and a detailed description. We will review your case and liaise
with the shipping carrier if necessary to find a fair resolution, although refunds or replacements
are not guaranteed due to our "all sales are final" policy.
